Holiday Inn Express Towson Baltimore North

This property is clean, the staff are excellent and aim to please. Cierra/Sierra and Sarbada were expecially accommodating. They go above and beyond to see customers satisfied. The cleaning staff does a good job and the breakfast has a vast variety of options. I will be recommending this property to everyone. I gave it 4 of 5 stars because the toilet runs and sometimes overflows in rm 311. I am sure they will get maintenance on it. Other than that! It's a winner.

I give this Holiday Inn 5 stars because it was very clean, quiet and up to date. The staff was nice, they cleaned my room everyday and restocked it with towels. They also had a hot breakfast everyday. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament 2 nights. Upon arrival found lobby was clean and smelled fresh. Front desk personnel was polite and professional and able to answer many questions we had about the area around the hotel, food etc. Got into room on 6th floor and it was clean, really clean. Carpets clean with no stains, bathroom was excellent with no issues. A/C and heat worked as they should. The breakfast in the morning is from 630 to 930am and was hot with many items to choose from. The few issues we had were the linens in our room, they only gave you 2 full size towels so if you took multiple showers in a single day you would have to ask ahead of time for extras. Not a biggie just would be nice to have multiple towels like at other locations. Also no extra pillows or blankets/sheets in room, had to ask for at front desk. The weirdest issue was no phone to contact front desk....we never been to a hotel with no phone in the room.

Everything about this Hotel is great except one little thing….well maybe it’s a Tall thing. I am 5’3” and I almost needed a step stool to get up on the bed. I mean I know I’m vertically challenged but this is ridiculous. My daughter-in-law is 4’11” I’m not sure she could have done it without a step stool if she was with me. This would be a challenge for sure for a little person. No one should have to run and jump to have to get into a bed.

I cant say enough good things about this specific Holiday Inn Express in Towson/ Baltimore. Clean, friendly, accommodating staff. One of my favorites is Ciara ( hope spelled right) at the check in desk during the day is always so pleasant, personal, friendly, and accommodating. I've used this property close to half a dozen times for work and pleasure and always greeted by employees even GM during breakfast. Keeping providing 5 stars service. Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and good amenities. Interestingly had a table that could be pulled out to use as work table or easy dining table. Ample parking and just off the highway. Good breakfast with variety of hold/cold items including fresh pancake maker. Lobby had 24/7 coffee and muffins. Quiet area and within 5 mins drive to plaza with restaurants and Target grocery store. Helpful check in with Brandon and had a peaceful stay. Edit: I did get charged extra on my deposit even though I did not use the safe in the room (was told that deposit would be fully released if safe is not used in room)

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. After our wedding block got cancelled on Monday we didn’t know anything about the Baltimore area but happened upon this hotel and they had an opening for Friday. The front desk staff was friendly. The elevators are huge and very quick. The rooms was huge tons of space which was perfect since we had to get ready for a formal event. The hotel was quiet the beds and pillows were extremely comfy. And the bath products the use are the dove products I use at home so I was sooooo happy to see that and didn’t need to bring my own products. They also provided more than enough towels and it was very clean throughout. They also had cookies, a drinking fountain with a water bottle filler and coffee in the lobby at all times for free as well as drinks and snacks for purchase. I would absolutely stay here again if I was back in the Baltimore area. They were also right off the highway only 20 minutes from downtown Baltimore and free parking and breakfast.

This is a solid value for the price point. It’s a good enough location, my room was clean, the lady at the front desk was very friendly. 4 stars because my shower head was broken and the check in process was pretty slow. It seems like they were technology constrained, so not the fault of the lady up front. The phone literally looked older than me. Overall, I’d be happy to recommend. The included breakfast is a nice bonus.
